We're thrilled to have you on board for The Local Passport Experience Ashtabula! This unique restaurant crawl, sponsored by Adam Loomis Marketing, is designed to support local restaurants like yours and drive more traffic to your establishment. To ensure a smooth and successful experience, we've broken down the process into simple, actionable steps.

 Here's what you need to know and do

Campaign Dates

The campaign begins on Monday, August 7th and concludes on Monday, October 9th.

Distribute Passports

Hand out the enclosed blank passports to your customers throughout the campaign.


*Make sure your customer Registers their Passport Online by scanning the QR code on the back of the passport or by going to:

www.thelocalpassport.com/ashtabula

Initial Passports

When a customer makes a purchase at your restaurant, provide an initial on their passport next to your restaurant name inside of the passport.

Staff Signatures

Have the staff member who hands out a passport sign the back. If their name is on the winning passport, they'll receive a $500 prize!

Collect Completed Passports

If a customer has visited all locations and your restaurant is the final stop, collect the completed passport and store it securely.

Passport Pickup

We will come to collect the completed passports during the week of October 9th.
